I am not sure if this is actual artwork for the cover of OBFCLII or if it’s artwork that will be included in the CD booklet, in either case it’s still worth the look even though I am not sure of its intent apart from the obvious NY references (picture via Raekwon’s twitter). Sept. 8th can’t come any sooner…
