No idea's original, there's nothin new under the sun as demonstrated by Blue Hefner’s new single featuring Juelz Santana, Beamer, Benz or Bentley. The title of the song itself bares a strong resemblance to the 95 single from Outkast that was featured on the New Jersey Drive Soundtrack, Benz or Beamer; and that is exactly where the similarities end. Whereas the Outkast version highlighted the perils of carjacking, Bank’s version is the same-run-of-the-mill barrage of flamboyant lyrics without the creative flair of say a Big L. The song with its lackluster beat (a lot of heads would beg to differ) features an uninspired Banks who is surprisingly overshadowed lyrically by Juelz. If anything at all, Boy Wonder’s single affirms that Benz and Beamers are still the rides of choice; but the ever present Bentley now joins this illustrious category.
