My heart (no pun intended) goes out to Guru of the legendary Gang Starr. News surfaced that he will be undergoing surgery today, 03/01/10, having suffered cardiac arrest. Like all, my thoughts and prayers are with this hip-hop staple and I wish him a speedy and steady recovery. Nevertheless, I hope something positive materializes from this negative; perhaps a change of heart that will allow us to get some Premier and the Guru.
